The MomCozy M6 wearable hands free breast pump supported me through my pumping journey. Very user friendly and reliable, it has adjustable settings including stimulation, expression, or a combination setting that works wonders to boost milk supply (I kept it on this setting for all of my pumping sessions). I was able to use them under scrub tops which was a must for me returning to work in the medical field after maternity leave. Going from a traditional pump to a hands free will save you, and allow you to get more done while pumping. Something to note, if you are using this pump I recommend trying not to bend over to pick up something off the floor after a full pumping session, as this is more likely to lead to a spill. Otherwise, I had very few issues related to spillage. As long as you secure all the parts correctly, spills can be avoided. The milk storage container has a helpful stand up design to help transfer the milk to milk bags or bottles for storage. It is available in 4 sizes (17/19/21/24mm) for a personalized fit. Up to 180 minutes (6 sessions) on one charge. I never had to worry about running low on battery, and would pump every 2 hours for 10 minutes during an 8 hour day. A large LED display shows time, battery, and intensity. Only 4 easy-to-clean parts for time-saving convenience. I highly recommend this wearable breast pump.
Reusable silicone storage bags are a must (dishwasher safe!)- I used many large ziploc bags before catching on to these. You can remove the milk container from the pump part, storing your emptied milk container in the storage bag in the fridge during the day so your ready for your next pump. The silicone bags can be handwashed, or washed in the dishwasher at the end of the day when washing your pump parts. You will definitely get use out of these and having at least 2 on hand is helpful. I used these at home and at work. You can also use these for the car while running errands, simply bring a small freezer bag with an ice pack and it will keep your storage bag and parts cold.
